Frequently Asked Questions
Our customers ask us many of the same questions
Don’t see your question here? Call us direct at 714-693-1111 and we’ll have your answer.
What does “All Inclusive” mean with your “Signature” line of custom cabinets?
“All Inclusive” means that your new custom cabinets are going to come loaded with an enormous amount of upgrades at no extra cost, features that would cost you up to 60% more from other manufacturers. “All Inclusive” also means that you just choose from our high-end door styles, colors, crown mouldings, glass, handles, and even the configuration of your cabinets for the same low price.
Are you a General B contractor?
Yes! We sure are. Lic# 931469. We provide full installations as well as electrical, plumbings and all needed construction work.
Do you install the cabinets yourselves or sub-contract?
We employ our own installation crews so that we can ensure that your cabinets are installed to our high standards. You will also be assigned a project manager who will coordinate and quality control your project.
What does it mean to reface cabinets?
First, we remove your existing doors and drawer fronts. Second, we meticulously laminate our ¼” thick factory finished paneling to the exterior of your existing cabinets. Finally, we install new factory finished drawer boxes, doors, and drawer fronts.
Do you offer countertops at your showroom?
We sure do! We offer countertops for purchase and installation as well. With so many options available, we know you’ll find something you’ll love.
How do I know if I should reface or have new cabinets installed?
Refacing will cost 30%-50% less, and you can keep your existing counter tops. New cabinets can be reconfigured to maximize style, storage, and function.
Can new cabinets be added with a reface?
Yes, because the same door and drawer front styles and finishes are used with refacing and new, we can often do a combination.
How long will it take to complete our project?
Because our “Signature” line of cabinets are completely custom, we require 8-12 weeks for design, engineering, and manufacturing (some of our other lines of cabinets require less time). An average size kitchen will take between 2-3 weeks for removal of existing cabinets and installation of new cabinets and counter tops. (Refacing takes approximately 1 week if counter tops are installed prior to the reface)
In-Stock cabinets require 1-3 weeks from design to installation generally, depending on inventory.
Should I install my new flooring before or after my new cabinets are installed?
Your choice. If you want to install before then we will remove your old cabinets and return to install your new cabinets after the flooring is complete. Installing flooring after cabinets are installed will save you some money as you will not have to pay for flooring that will be covered with cabinets.
